The aim of the session is to entertain, enlighten and energise, we will be covering such though provoking topics as “mood hoovers” the importance and impact of “special pants” “4000 weeks” “destination addiction” and “understanding your impact” to name but a few, combined with positive goals and random acts of kindness, we are confident you will finish the session on a high and be better equipped to deal with life and the occasional bump in the road that comes along, all delivered in a light hearted yet insightful way.
