Find out about the different speakers joining us at BlogOn Toys this year. We have a mixture of industry professionals and experienced bloggers sharing their knowledge.

Emma Conway

Emma Conway is the award winning creator of the blog and YouTube channel brummymummyof2. With over 250,000 followers, Emma recently released her first book of poetry entitled ‘Will I Ever Pee Alone Again?’ with Little, Brown Books. As well as working with some of the world biggest brands, Emma organises free bi monthly #brummymummymeetups for local Mums. She uses her platform to raise money for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and last year featured in the Alzheimers UK ‘Share The Orange’ Campaign. She can often be found talking about motherhood, Disney and dancing around in giant pants.

Cerys Parker

Cerys is the founder of the award-winning parenting blog Rainy Day Mum and of The Blog Surgery. She is a former digital media and computer science teacher and marine biologist and has turned her "silly little hobby" blog (as it was called a number of times) into a full-time job. Although loving the pretty pictures of Pinterest and Instagram and the community connections through Facebook and Twitter she is a geek at heart and loves to dig into stats and build a strong SEO foundation which continues to grow and grow

Emma Smith

Emma Smith has been Operations Manager of the CAP Copy Advice team since 2017. Her team provides advertisers, agencies and media owners with free and confidential advice, giving an informed view of the likely acceptability of non-broadcast marketing communications under the CAP code. Emma studied Law, specialising in Entertainment Law, at the University of Westminster before joining the ASA in 2011 as a Complaints Executive and becoming Senior Complaints Executive in 2014. She moved to Copy Advice in 2015.

Kayleigh Thorpe

Kayleigh is a WordPress Support Specialist at BlogOn sponsor 34SP.com.  When not helping her customers get the most from their WordPress websites, she can be found writing for her own blog, illustrating for fun and friends, creating for her Etsy shop or kicking back with the latest TV.

As well as hosting a session, Kayleigh will also be found along with other members of the 34SP.com team helping attendees to take the stress out of WordPress in the break out area.

Natalie Trice

Natalie Trice is a PR Director based in Devon who has worked with CEOs of international TV channels, finance directors of IT companies, entrepreneurs and more. Today, Natalie teaches women the fundamentals of PR and gives them the skills and confidence to go out and talk to the press via courses, coaching and workshops as well as a free Facebook community. With her ideas, contacts and cheerleading approach, her clients secure the column inches and airwaves that will help them to stand out from the crowd, and shine. Mel Knibb

If you’re looking for Mel, she’ll be the one with food in one hand and her camera in the other. Oh, and she’s French, but don’t ever tell her she sounds foreign! She started writing a blog when one of her daughters was diagnosed with a gazillion food allergies, and she quickly found a brilliant community online.
Le Coin de Mel is all about food, photography, family life, allergies, crafts, days out and pretty much everything she gets up to with her family. When Mel isn’t drooling over food on Pinterest or Instagram, she develops recipes, photographs anything and everything, bakes with her children, plans meals, has a giggle, thinks about her next sweet treat or shares recipes with friends.

Sarah Anguish

Sarah Anguish is a northerner at heart who now lives in Norfolk with her husband and three children. A former NHS administrator she now works from home on her award-winning family lifestyle blog Boo Roo and Tigger Too around the needs of family life. Alex Wing

Alex is a 30 something year old Visual Designer by day. Some of you may know him as the other half of Hannah from What Hannah Did Next. Joanne Brady

Joanne has been blogging since 2011 under a couple of guises most notably at Kids Days Out Reviews, which won the Travel Blog award at the MADS in 2014. Since then, she has grown a business selling her social media marketing skills to UK based SMEs and she now employs two part-time assistants. She also runs an 8-week course to help bloggers to make the move into self-employment as a social media manager. ⁠

Emma Dowey

Emma is a marketing manager by day and a blogger and virtual assistant by night. As a Pinterest Virtual Assistant, she⁠ manages the Pinterest accounts for bloggers and business owners. This involves profile optimisation,⁠ regular pinning, graphic creation and group board management. Her clients see a fast increase in⁠ their Pinterest reach, resulting in traffic back to their website and she will be sharing her knowledge with you all.⁠

Helen Harrison

Helen is a co-founder of The Harrison Household along with her wife. She is also the creative mind behind Crafty Sewing Sew. Helen has been interested in crafts, sewing and DIY since a young age and now has become an expert fabric hoarder.

Sara-Jayne Jones

Sara-Jayne is a reformed insolvency lawyer turned photographer, who creates pretty pictures for a living [@keepupwiththejonesfamily]. Obsessed with Disney, she likes to rock a 1950’s frock and play board games at home, but at BlogOn she enjoys helping people learn how to create magical memories with their camera - and a few waves of her magic photoshop wand.

Tom Marriott

Digital Marketing Punk is a full-time digital marketer and director at an agency in Wigan called Ina4. After working at numerous digital agencies over the span of his career and working on hundreds of clients' digital marketing campaigns. More recently, he has been a digital activist against the bad practice, which is rife in the digital industry. Starting his own podcast called the Digital Marketing Punkcast, aimed at making digital marketing simple and clear whilst cutting through all the technical and ill-informed noise.
