BlogOn is a conference held in Manchester, attended by bloggers from all across the UK. Created by bloggers, for bloggers, BlogOn covers everything a blogger needs to know; photography, technology, creating content, and how to develop brand relationships. Started in 2012, the conference has gone from strength to strength, and is a great opportunity for brands to meet with bloggers. BlogOn will host its 11th event in September 2018, which will be held at Hotel Football in Manchester.
BlogOn was founded by Laura Seaton, who runs her own successful blog Tired Mummy of Two, in addition to providing additional services such as Blogger Outreach and Social Media Management.
How to get involved
Brands can get involved with BlogOn in a number of ways, through sponsorship or brand attendance. We have a range of sponsorship opportunities including being the only sponsor of our launch party event the night before the conference, sponsorship of the cake with your choice of design or sponsoring a particular session. We have a separate brand breakout area which is always buzzing and the perfect place for you to meet the bloggers in person. Or, if you can't attend, then you could place a product into the fabulous goodie bags that each attendee takes away with them, free of charge.
Here at BlogOn, we are all about giving back to the community so at each event we host a raffle which raises money for the BlogOn Community Fund, helping bloggers in need. You are able to donate items to this raffle for the May event but our festive raffle at the September event is made up of entries to the BlogOn Toy awards which launched in 2017 and attracted over 200 entries.
Through sponsorship of the BlogOn Conference, brands are able to engage and work with BlogOn attendees not only during the event - but before and after. Our attendees generate lots of content related to the conference and sponsors. They share images, hashtags, products and social media mentions with their audience via Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and their blogs.
During the BlogOn Conference, our attendees generate millions of Twitter impressions using the conference hashtag and the unique hashtags of our sponsors.
BlogOn has a dedicated break out area for brands.
While there will be bloggers visiting this area throughout the day, we expect it to be busiest during the three breaks; arrival, lunchtime & mid-afternoon.
Brands will have access to the venue to set up the day before from 2pm until 6pm and on the morning of the event from 8am, and pack up can begin at 5pm.

My clients have been attending BlogOn since it’s inception and I always attend on their behalf. It is a brilliantly well organised day and it’s a great way for brands to get themselves in front of some of the UK’s most influential parenting bloggers. It’s also a good way of cementing relationships between brands and bloggers. I personally feel it’s of great benefit to get to know the blogging community so I get a better understanding of how we can work together to raise brand awareness for my clients.
