Event expectations:
The show is a hands-on family experience as such the event. We expect all brand areas to provide fun hands-on activities for the influencers in attendance rather than a product showcase.
Influencer Attendance:
We have been hosting events for influencers since 2013. We expect around 350 attendees at the event with kids of all ages in attendance. The influencers pay a small fee to attend which helps us to ensure that they are serious about the event and keeps the high percentage of attendance we have come to expect.
Invites & Outreach:
You can invite your own influencers to attend for free if you wish to do so. Please contact Laura who will arrange for a brand discount code to be created for you. Sending out your own invites is a great way to encourage media contacts to visit your area at the show and also tease them with the exciting stand activations you are planning.
Preshow Information:
Our events rely on the success of your activations. With this in mind we are more than happy to arrange one to one video calls with you to offer our advice and expertise so we can ensure you get the most out of your investment and that the attendees have a great time.
Stand ideas:
Activations on stands are great ways to attract the attention of the media. It engages them, creates interest and potential photo opportunities. To give you a flavour of the type of stand activations that previous exhibitors have done here’s some to get the juices flowing:
- Spin the wheel & prize grabbers with fab prizes to be won
- Costume characters
- Sweet treats
- Competitions
- Giving away samples and goody bags
- Creating photo opportunities
